Support & Training advice for owners of pups less than 1 year old
Whether you're a new puppy parent or just want to refresh your memory, 1-2-1 training sessions can often be preferable to puppy classes as they guarantee training time, space and support dedicated just to you. Working in the home and your pup's surrounding environments, we aim to troubleshoot those puppy problems together, and hone your pup's focus on you... which is, after all, the key to having a well-trained dog.
Please note: some training options require pre-assessment of your puppy prior to booking any sessions in the form of a short survey and 15-minute phone consult – this is included in all session charges.
PRE-PUPPY CONSULT
£60 (for 1 hr)
If you are new to puppy ownership, or perhaps it's been a little while since your last pup and you want to bring yourself up to speed, a pre-puppy consult can be an excellent place to start planning your puppy journey. This 1-hour home-based session aims to provide you with as much info as possible so that you feel better equipped for when pup arrives.
This includes:

A 1-hour home visit during which we aim to cover, among other things:
- The best breed for you and your family
- Tips for choosing your puppy
- Toilet training
- What to expect and how to navigate common puppy problems, e.g. puppy biting
- Equipment recommendations & advice regarding your home puppy set up
- Socialisation and how to introduce training -

Designed for puppy owners who just want a bit of direction in those tricky early months, The Puppy Foundation Package comprises:

A one-off 2hr consultation in the home, in which we can troubleshoot any puppy issues such as toilet training, puppy biting etc, and demonstrate basic practical training

THE FULL PUPPY PACKAGE

Whether this is your first, or even your twenty-first pup, this package is designed to give you the essential info and tools you need to get your new bundle of mischief off to a flying start, and provides 121 support, practical training and advice to help you through those early days, and sleepless nights.
This includes:

If you have not yet collected your pup:
A pre-puppy phone consultation in which we will cover your home preparations and set you up with tips and tools to make your first week together as smooth as possible, -
If you have already collected your pup:
An initial assessment (in the form of a questionnaire) followed by a phone consultation to review your pup setup, provide recommendations for changes that might benefit you both and outline an initial training plan -
An initial 1.5 hr (approx) home visit in which we review your current set up, troubleshoot common puppy problems and demonstrate practical training

2 x 1-hour follow on one-to-one training sessions to be used at any time within the first 4 months of your first home visit
